General
Requirements for using the app on your

are with at least 4 GB main memory and at least 500 MB free space on the disk/SSD. A 64 bit operating system is required.

Your device should be equipped with one of the following operating systems:
- Windows 10 64 bit
- Windows 11 64 bit
Restrictions
The app generally does not run on tablets with the Microsoft SQ1 processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon), such as the Microsoft Surface Pro X. However, you can work around this with this beta program from Microsoft, allowing you to use 64-bit (x86) apps on the Surface Pro X device.
The app must be obtained through this website and is not available in the Microsoft Store. Therefore, Windows 10 cannot be run in S mode.
Note
If the app does not open after the update, this can often be traced back to the HP Wolf Security antivirus program. It moves the file “libEGL.dll” to quarantine. Please deactivate this programme or check the quarantine and try again.
